This recognition truly reflects the dedication of our staff, board members, volunteers, community partners, donors, and—most importantly—the individuals we serve every day.
At empower: abilities, our mission is simple: remove barriers, promote independence, and create opportunities for people with disabilities to live, work, and participate fully in their communities. From advocacy and independent living services to assistive technology, home accessibility, youth programs, and community engagement, this honor recognizes the collective impact we make together.
We are proud to stand alongside fellow finalists Boys and Girls Club of Springfield and The Kitchen Inc and we congratulate all of the outstanding organizations and individuals recognized this year.,
