Our Core Services

You have the right to live with dignity, with appropriate support in your home, fully participate in your community and to make your own life changing decisions.

Exercising your personal rights can be daunting.  We can provide coaching and support to ensure that you receive benefits & services that you are entitled to.  We also work with government agencies, local organizations and businesses to expand community access & inclusion for all people with disabilities.
Peer Support
Peer counseling and support offers strength, encouragement, and friendship by connecting you with others who have faced similar challenges and overcome them.  We can match you with a peer supporter that meets your individual needs.
Information & Referral
We offer information & Referral services to anyone, with or without a disability, to provide knowledge, understanding and a link to community resources.
Individual Skills Training
Independent Living Skills Training offers one-to-one teaching and support to maintain or increase your level of independence.
We can help those living in nursing home institutions to move back into our community and regain their independence. Our youth transition services support young people with disabilities in post-high school planning, providing job readiness training or higher-education exploration, and independent living skills development.
