Peer counseling and support offers strength, encouragement, and friendship by connecting you with others who have faced similar challenges and overcome them. We can match you with a peer supporter that meets your individual needs. We currently host the following groups:
Blind and Low Vision Support Group
In the Blind and Low Vision Support Group, we talk about independent living skills, health and wellness, assistive technology, and bring in guest speakers for special topics.
Disability Support Group (Under age 65)
This group is for individuals under age 65 who have been recently disabled. You'll find an abundance of peer support, encouragement, and access to resources and services to meet your needs.
